Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Rebound version and the steps that led to the issue. Never send your password, verification code or Apple credentials.
Listening together
Each participant needs Rebound on their iPhone, a Rebound account using Sign in with Apple, and an active Apple Music subscription. The host creates a Rebound and accepts invited participants. Apple account sign-in and Apple Music access are separate.
Account and privacy
You can delete your account in Rebound: Preferences → Apple Connect → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, contact us. Signing out or uninstalling the app is not an account deletion.
